Removal & Installation

Remove the lower fan shroud. Remove vacuum line from Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve vacuum pump. Remove the drive belt tensioner. Remove the drive belt idler pulley. Remove EGR vacuum pump mounting nuts. Remove the EGR vacuum pump. To install, reverse removal procedure.
