Removal & Installation

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the right turbo charged air hose. Disconnect the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) throttle valve solenoid electrical connector. See Fig 1. Disconnect the EGR throttle valve solenoid vacuum lines. Remove the solenoid bolt and the solenoid. To install, reverse removal procedure.
