Removal & Installation

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Disconnect the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve solenoid. See Fig 1. Disconnect the EGR valve solenoid vacuum lines. Remove the EGR valve solenoid bolt and the solenoid. To install, reverse removal procedure.
