Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Removing/Installing Check Link Nuts

  1. Install the check link to the door frame.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the nuts to the check link.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the check link bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the front door lower speaker. Refer to Radio Front Side Door Speaker Replacement .
  5. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
