Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
- 2: This step checks the PPS for any current or history DTCs.
- 5: Test the occupant sensor serial data circuit for an open or high resistance.
- 6: Test the PPS ignition 1 voltage circuit for a short to ground, a high resistance, or an open.
- 7: Test the PPS ground circuit for an open or high resistance.
- 8: Test the PPS ground circuit for a short to voltage.
