Removal Procedure

Drain the coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System
Remove the outlet hose-to-radiator clamp and hose.

Remove the radiator outlet hose-to-engine port clamp and hose.
If the vehicle is equipped with L81, removal of the battery box/UHFB assembly will be necessary. Refer to Battery Cooling Box procedure in this service manual.
