Air Bag Warning Light

When ignition is turned on, Ignition 1 voltage (IGN1) is applied to AIR BAG warning light. SDM controls AIR BAG warning light. AIR BAG warning light will flash 7 times, during which time SDM is checking SIR system for malfunctions. If system is okay, AIR BAG warning light will turn off. AIR BAG warning light warns driver of malfunctions which could potentially affect SIR system operation.
