Removal Procedure

Remove the trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - DOOR .
Use a sharp bladed tool in order to separate the water deflector at the perforations. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR .
Remove the power door lock actuator in order to remove the remote lever rod.
Disconnect the power door lock actuator wiring harness.
Use a 6 mm (1/4 in) drill bit in order to remove the actuator to door rivets.

Remove the actuator from the door.
