Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Make sure the O-ring is in place on the plug. Install the oil plug (1).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the oil plug (1) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  2. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to FUEL INJECTOR SIGHT SHIELD REPLACEMENT (L36)  or FUEL INJECTOR SIGHT SHIELD REPLACEMENT (L67)  .
