Removal & Installation (Aztek, Montana, Silhouette and Venture)

Remove rear brake drum. See REAR BRAKE DRUM . Remove brake pipe. On Aztek models, install a cap over end of brake pipe in order to prevent brake fluid loss and/or brake fluid contamination. On all models, remove wheel cylinder bolts. Using Brake Shoe Spring Remover (J-38400), spread brake shoes apart. Remove wheel cylinder. To install, reverse removal procedure. Bleed brake system.
