Removal ("C" & "K" Series - C3500HD)

Block the wheels. Apply the parking brake. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheels and tires. Remove brake caliper. See FRONT BRAKE CALIPER . Remove rotor and hub assembly. See Fig 1. Remove the bolts that mount the front brake rotor to the hub. Remove the brake rotor from the hub.
