Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 GMC Safari and 2002 Chevrolet Astro. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  1. Install the impact bar to the bracket bolts. Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
  2. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - FRONT BUMPER .
  3. Install the grille. Refer to GRILLE REPLACEMENT .
