Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 GMC Sierra, 2003 GMC Cab & Chassis Sierra, 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, and 2003 Chevrolet Cab & Chassis Silverado. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the new switch until the tabs (1) clicks in place.

    Ensure the red light is pointing rearward of the vehicle.

  2. Connect the electrical connectors.
  3. Install the cupholder assembly to the console. Refer to Cupholder Replacement (Luxury)   or  Cupholder Replacement (Non-Luxury)   or  Cupholder Replacement (Rear)   or  Cupholder Replacement (Pro)   .
