Removal (3.1L)

Turn OFF the ignition. Remove the PCV valve tube from the air intake duct. See Figure. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor harness connector. Disconnect the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor harness connector. Remove the air inlet duct from the air cleaner housing and the MAF sensor. Remove the MAF sensor from the air filter housing.
