Removal Procedure

Remove the roof front stowage bracket by twisting the egg shaped bracket 90 degrees clockwise.
Remove the bezel from the roof front stowage bracket mounting plate by prying up the bezel.

Remove the floor carpet to access the mounting plate bolts. Refer to Carpet Replacement - Rear Compartment Floor (Convertible) or Carpet Replacement - Rear Compartment Floor (Coupe) or Carpet Replacement - Rear Compartment Floor (Hardtop) .

Remove the bolts attaching the roof front stowage bracket mounting plate.
Remove the roof front stowage bracket mounting plate.
