Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the clutch pedal position switch (clutch start switch) electrical connector.
  3. Fig 2: Inserting A Feeler Gage Between The Switch & Clutch Pedal Bracket

  4. Insert a feeler gage between the switch and the clutch pedal bracket to release the switch tab.
  5. Remove the switch.

    Lift the switch slightly then pull to remove.
