Oil Level Indicator and Tube Installation

  1. Install the oil level indicator tube.
    • Lubricate the O-ring with engine oil and make sure it is in place.
    • Make sure the assembly is fully seated in the engine block.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the oil level indicator tube nut.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nut to 19 N.m (14 Ib. ft).
