Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  1. Install the knee bolster deflector to the vehicle.
  2. Install the bolts that retain the knee bolster deflector to the instrument panel carrier. Tighten:  Tighten the bolts that retain the knee bolster deflector to the instrument panel carrier 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  3. Install the bolts that retain the knee bolster deflector to the instrument panel carrier. Tighten:  Tighten the nuts that retain the knee bolster deflector to the instrument panel carrier to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  4. Install the driver's knee bolster. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT - LEFT  .
