Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 GMC Safari and 2002 Chevrolet Astro. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  1. Install the carrier support to the vehicle.
  2. Install the bolts that retain the carrier support to the cowl side panel. Tighten:  Tighten the bolts that retain the carrier support to the cowl side panel to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
  3. Install the instrument panel to the vehicle. Refer to IP Assembly Replacement  .
