Removal Procedure

Open the instrument panel (IP) compartment door.

Remove the IP compartment. Refer to COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT - IP .
Remove the screws that retain the IP compartment door to the IP compartment.

Remove the latch assembly.

Remove the IP compartment door from the IP compartment.
