Leaf Spring Bushing: Removal

- Remove the leaf spring assembly. See LEAF SPRING (SINGLE WHEEL SPRING ASSEMBLY) , LEAF SPRING (DUAL WHEEL SPRING ASSEMBLY) or LEAF SPRING (HD CHASSIS) .
- Remove the bushing from the leaf spring as follows: Place leaf spring in a press. Press the bushing out. See Fig 1 . Clean the spring bushing bore of any foreign material or old bushing.
