Removal & Installation

Turn ignition off. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove engine cover. Disconnect knock sensor harness connector. Knock sensor is located at top rear of engine. See Fig 1 . Remove knock sensor retaining bolt and knock sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten knock sensor retaining bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
