Camshaft Position Sensor: Installation

Install CMP sensor into distributor through square slot in distributor reluctor wheel. See Figure . Install NEW CMP sensor retaining screws and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install distributor rotor and distributor cap using NEW retaining screws and tighten to specification. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
