Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
  2. Use J 38185  in order to reposition the heater hose outlet clamp.
  3. Disconnect the heater outlet hose (2) from the outlet pipe.

  4. Use J 38185  in order to reposition the heater core outlet hose clamp.
  5. Disconnect the heater outlet hose from the heater core.
  6. Remove the heater outlet hose.
