Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
Use J 38185 in order to reposition the heater hose inlet clamp.
Disconnect the heater inlet hose (3) from the inlet pipe.

Use J 38185 in order to reposition the heater core inlet hose clamp.
Disconnect the heater inlet hose from the heater core.
Remove the heater inlet hose.
