Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear side rail weatherstrip. Refer to WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - FOLDING TOP (FRONT AND CENTER SIDE RAILS)  or WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - FOLDING TOP (REAR SIDE RAIL)  or WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - FOLDING TOP (NUMBER FIVE BOW) .
  2. Remove the screws attaching the retainer to the side rail weatherstrip.
  3. Remove the retainer.
