Removal & Installation (2.2L)

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Ignition Control Module (ICM) harness connector. See Fig 1 . Remove ICM retaining screws. Remove ICM from ignition coil housing. Remove ignition coil housing retaining bolts. Remove ignition coil housing from camshaft cover.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
