Removal & Installation

Fuel pump is located in fuel tank and is integral with fuel sending unit assembly. See Fig 1 . Remove fuel tank. See FUEL TANK . Remove fuel sending unit assembly retaining ring/cam lock ring. Lift fuel sending unit assembly from fuel tank. To install, reverse removal procedure using new seal on fuel tank. Ensure retaining ring/cam lock ring is fully seated within the tab slots.
