Removal & Installation

The EVAP canister vent solenoid is located underneath vehicle. See Figure . Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the EVAP vent solenoid bracket bolt. Remove the EVAP vent solenoid from the bracket. Disconnect the vent hose from the EVAP vent solenoid. Remove the EVAP vent solenoid. To install, reverse removal procedure.
