DTC Parameters

During a once per key-up close throttle test.
Engine speed is less than 40 RPM.
Vehicle speed zero MPH.
ECT is 41-212°F (5-100°C).
IAT is greater than 41°F (5°C).
Accelerator pedal angle is less than 15 percent.
Main relay voltage is greater than 10 volts.

DTC sets if the throttle has not been learned after the ECM has been reprogrammed; or the learned lower rest position TP values are too far out of range from the stored learned values (TP 1 not within 0.21-0.87, TP 2 not within 4.14-4.84 volts).
