DTC Parameters

Throttle plate rest position has been commanded.
Currently in throttle learn mode.
Engine speed is less than 250 RPM.
Vehicle speed zero MPH.
ECT is between 41-212°F (5-100°C).
IAT is greater than 5°C (41°F).
Accelerator pedal angle is less than 15 percent.
Battery voltage is greater than 10 volts.

DTC sets if the throttle plate is 3 percent above the throttle rest position for longer than 0.56 second.

DTC P2119 diagnostic runs during a throttle relearn procedure or key up closed throttle test when the above conditions have been met.

NOTE: The MIL will illuminate after 5 seconds.
