DTC Parameters

DTC will set when either of the following conditions have been met:
- Engine running and generator "L" terminal voltage at ECM is less than 4 volts for 15 seconds.
- Engine not running and generator "L" terminal voltage at ECM is more than 4 volts for 5 seconds.
