Installation Procedure

  1. Install the inlet heater hose.
    2. Fig 1: Locating Heater Hoses

  2. Connect the inlet heater hose to the heater core.
  3. Using J 38185  connect the heater hose clamp.
  4. Connect the inlet heater hose to the inlet pipe.
  5. Connect the vacuum hose to the brake booster.
  6. Install the wiper motor module assembly. Refer to Wiper Motor Module Replacement in Wipers/Washer Systems.
  7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Engine Cooling.
