Installation Procedure

Install the tie rod.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the tie rod nut.
Tighten: Tighten the tie rod nut to 80 N.m (59 lb ft).
Install the tie rod bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the tie rod bolt to 85 N.m (63 lb ft).
Adjust the rear toe angle. Refer to Rear Toe Adjustment in Wheel Alignment.
Lower the vehicle.
