Installation Procedure

  1. Install the left bank secondary camshaft drive chain guide. Refer to Secondary Camshaft Drive Chain Guide Installation - Left .
  2. Install the left bank secondary camshaft drive chain tensioner. Refer to Secondary Camshaft Drive Chain Tensioner Installation - Left .
  3. Install the spark plugs. Refer to Spark Plug Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.6L (LY7).
  4. Install the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement .
