The engine is running in Closed Loop Fuel Control.
The engine has been running for more than 300 seconds.
The battery voltage is between 10-18 volts.
The throttle position (TP) is more than 5 percent.
The engine speed is between 1,000-3,000 RPM.
The mass air flow (MAF) is between 29-55 g/s.
