Turbocharger Removal

  1. Remove the turbocharger upper heat shield bolts.
  2. Remove the turbocharger upper heat shield.

  4. Remove the eye bolt and washers from the oil supply hose at the top of the turbocharger.

  6. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the turbocharger cooling outlet hose.

  8. Remove the turbocharger mounting bolts.
  9. Remove the turbocharger assembly with the oil return pipe.

  11. Remove the turbocharger lower heat shield from engine block.

  13. Remove the turbocharger oil supply hose eye bolt and washers.
  14. Remove the turbocharger oil supply hose.
