Fuel Injectors Removal

Tools Required

J 44639 Injector Removal Tool

Remove the fuel injector return pipe eye bolts and gaskets.
Remove the fuel injector return pipe assembly.

Remove the fuel injector bracket bolts.

Install the J 44639 to the fuel injector brackets.
Pull back on the J 44639 in one steady motion, until the fuel injector breaks free from its seat.

Remove the J 44639 .
Remove the fuel injectors with the fuel injector brackets.

Remove the injector bracket pins.
Remove the copper washer from the injector bore and discard.
Remove the O-ring from the injector and discard.
