Cylinder Head Removal - Left

  1. Remove the spark plugs from the cylinder head.
  2. IMPORTANT: The cylinder head bolts can NOT be used again. Install NEW cylinder head bolts during assembly.
  3. Remove the cylinder head bolts.
  4. NOTE: After removal, place the cylinder head on two wood blocks to prevent damage to the sealing surfaces.
  5. Remove the cylinder head.

  7. Remove the gasket.

  9. Discard the gasket.
  10. Discard the cylinder head bolts.
