Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the turbocharger exhaust pipe. Refer to Turbocharger Exhaust Pipe Replacement (6.6L (LB7) Engine)  or Turbocharger Exhaust Pipe Replacement (6.6L (LLY) Engine) .
  2. Remove the exhaust pipe bolts in the proper sequence.

  3. Remove the exhaust pipe, bracket and gaskets.
  4. Discard the gaskets.
