Circuit Description

Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) brake switch is used to indicate brake pedal status to PCM. The PCM de-energizes TCC solenoid when brake pedal is applied. DTC P0719 is set if PCM detects an open (stuck on) brake switch during acceleration.
