Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the gear indicator switch.

    Tighten:  Tighten the switch to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).

  3. Connect the gear indicator switch electrical connector (2).

  5. Install the transfer case shield, if equipped. Refer to Transfer Case Shield Replacement .
