Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower fan shroud.
  2. Install the upper fan shroud.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the upper shroud bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).

  4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to ENGINE CONTROLS - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in Engine Controls.
