Installation Procedure

  1. Install the carrier support to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

  2. Install the bolts that retain the carrier support to the cowl side panel.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts that retain the carrier support to the cowl side panel to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the instrument panel to the vehicle. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT .
