Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle to a suitable height.
  2. Remove the assist step pad nuts.
  3. Remove the assist step pad as follows:
    1. 3.1. Insert a plastic tool along the edge.
    2. 3.2. Pull upward on the assist step pad until it is fully released from the assist step plate.
