Installation Procedure

  1. Install the headlamp trim plate to the IP, ensuring the retaining clips are fully seated.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the 2 headlamp trim plate retaining screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  3. Install the knee bolster trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - KNEE BOLSTER   . 
  4. Install the left closeout/insulator panel. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT   .
