Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear window from the vehicle.
  2. Remove the third pillar trim panels. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Door Upper  .
  3. Remove the plastic push pins (1) from the upper garnish molding.
  4. Pull down the upper garnish molding in order to disengage the retaining clips.

  5. Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.
