Brake Caliper Overhaul - Front Single Piston: Assembly

  1. Lubricate the following parts with clean brake fluid. The piston. The piston seal. The brake caliper bore.
  2. Install the piston seal.
  3. Install the boot on the piston.
  4. Install the piston in the caliper bore.
  5. Using (J-26267) Piston Seal Installer, install the front caliper piston boot.
  6. Install the bleeder valve. Tighten the bleeder valve to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
