Extension Housing Rear Oil Seal

- J21426 Rear Extension Seal Installer

Removal Procedure
1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.





2. Remove the propeller shaft.
3. Remove the rear extension oil seal.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the new seal using J 21426 and a soft faced mallet.
2. Install the propeller shaft.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Check the transmission fluid level.
Use Dexron(R) III Automatic Transmission Fluid.
