Headlamp Replacement - Sealed Beam

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Turn OFF the headlamp switch.
2. Remove the headlamp retaining ring screws.
3. Remove the headlamp retaining ring.
4. Remove the headlamp.
5. Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the headlamp electrical connector.
2. Install the headlamp retaining ring.
3. install the headlamp.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the headlamp retaining ring screws.

Tighten
Tighten headlamp retaining ring screws 8 N.m (70 lb in).
